The ITMGroup is pleased to announce that it has recently acquired Gemba Solutions Ltd located in Nuneaton UK. Gemba Solutions is an acknowledged specialist in delivering OEE software and continuous improvement services that maximize production efficiency, increase throughput, reduce inventory and provide all round visibility of a site’s operation and processes.
After 4 years of co-operation between ITMGroup and Gemba Solutions developing the ITM SenseUs OEE software, we are pleased to welcome the Gemba team to the ITMGroup and we look forward to working closely together. Acquiring Gemba Solutions allows ITM to better serve its customers with applied Continuous Improvement (CI) services. The new attractive product portfolio will be offered to existing and prospective ITMGroup customers around the world with the help of ITMGroup’s worldwide sales and service network.
By combining ITM and Gemba’s CI team experience we can offer our customers complete CI packages consisting of acquisition and analysis of reliable and unambiguous data, root cause identification, implementation of corrective actions and sustaining the improvement. We will be able to support our customers with customized workshops and transformation programs which will lead to significant cost savings.
