Legal structure of ITM
ITM has sites and service centres in more than ten countries. Every site has its own legal entity, as part of ITM. All sites and service centres build on their own relationships with customers, suppliers and other business partners. Every site has its own general terms and conditions, based on the legal grounds of the country in which it is established.
Part of a group of companies
ITM is part of a group of companies, controlled by a board and supervisory board. This gives us a strong foundation, because we can rely on the capabilities of our family group members, for example in product development and performance improvement.
A family company
The group of companies, which ITM is part of, is a 100 percent family company, owned by the Dutch family Van der Sluis.
Corporate social responsibility and sustainability
At ITM we care about our social and natural environment. We believe it is important to invest in education, local social and cultural initiatives and environmental improvements. As a company, we are guided by the ten principles of the UN Global Compact and expect the same of our suppliers and subcontractors.
