Product development to enable high volume production
The ability to produce e-vaping cartridges in high volumes is partly dependent on the design of the e-vaping product. ITM’s subsidiary TDC was the first to integrate machine development and product development of e-vaping cartridges. The knowledge base ITM Kampen (SCM/TDC) has incorporated on e-vapor products, is beneficial to every producer of e-vapor products.
Producing and testing e-vaping cartridges on flexible modular platforms
In the dynamic world of e-vaping, high flexibility is needed to fulfil the changing needs of customers. So we have developed a modular platform for producing and testing e-vaping products. When products are modified, the platform can be partly adjusted to fulfil the new needs. This limits the investment needed in new machine platforms.
Reclaiming, handling and packing e-vapor products
As volume productions rise, the need for high-quality and high-volume reclaiming and packing platforms will grow as well. ITM has the capabilities and technical solutions to offer full production lines when it comes to the production and packing of e-vapor products.
