The ITM Group, a global leader in Mass Flow and Tray Handling of filters, cigarettes and cigars, and CSi, a global leader in fully integrated material handling systems, have decided to join their experience and knowledge for the purpose of jointly developing their businesses within the tobacco industry.
A Cooperation Agreement was signed on May 2, 2012. The intention of this cooperation is to create new opportunities and allow ITM and CSi to focus on their strengths to offer customers the best solutions and expertise.
Both companies have already cooperated on the introduction of the innovative, fully flexible filter rod storage and distribution system known as GEMINI.
